Worldwide Delivery

Overseas customers are welcome to order from us following the procedures below:

  1. Fill in the open account form online making sure that you select 'overseas' status.
  2. If your application is successful, log in using the username and password provided and place your order online through our website.
  3. Wait for our sales confirmation, which will inform you of stock availability. You may accept, amend or cancel your order at this stage and send back your order confirmation by email. Please contact us if no sales confirmation is received within a week.
  4. Having received your final order confirmation by email, we will send you an invoice showing items available for immediate delivery with shipping charges*. If certain items are temporarily out of stock and you agree to accept back order in your order confirmation, a separate invoice will be sent to you when these items are back in stock.

* Shipping charges will be as quoted by Parcelforce or similar international services, based on the weight and measurements of each consignment. You may arrange collection from our warehouse in Cardiff if you have your own agents/carriers in the UK.
