Terms & Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods through this website.

'Timemark', 'we', 'us', 'our' and inflections thereof refer to Timemark Ltd, whose registered office is at Unit E4-5, West Point Industrial Estate, Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF11 8JQ.
'Customer', 'buyer', 'you', 'your' and inflections thereof refer to any person, business or other entity who purchases or wishes to purchase goods from Timemark.


We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our Terms of Trading, Terms of Use or our service at any time.

Product Descriptions

All product photographs on this site, as well as size and colour descriptions are approximate and must be used as general guidance only.
We reserve the right to make reasonable spelling mistakes and other errors.


Orders taken on this website are not confirmed until a sales confirmation is sent to the buyer by email, fax or post, which will indicate clearly stock availability and approximate date of delivery.
Please contact us immediately if no sales confirmation is received within a week of placing the order.

Any changes made to orders after sales confirmation is sent require re-confirmation.


We keep stock on almost all items listed. On occasion however, some items ordered may be either out of stock or not available in the quantitiy required. In such event we usually ship the currently available quantity, or if the item is discontinued we will send the order without that item. If an item is essential for you, please contact us before placing your order and we will check its availability for you.

Trade discount

Trade discounts are available for volume purchases only. Existing customers will get regular discounts which will be indicated on our sales confirmation.


For existing customers and new accounts, subject to references, a credit account will be opened and payment will be due end of the month following month of invoice.

UK customers may elect for pro forma payment with no credit facility when they apply.

For non-UK businesses, self-elected pro forma accounts and new businesses with no credit history, payment will be on a pro forma basis by credit card (PayPal), bank transfer or cheque.


United Kingdom: All prices are plus VAT (currently at 20%) and this is charged on all orders. Our VAT registration number is 650 8751 26.

EC Countries: All prices are plus VAT (currently at 20%). If you are VAT registered you are exempt from this tax if you quote your VAT registration number in communication preceding the finalisation of your order.

Non-EC countries: Purchases are VAT exempt, you pay the prices listed. You may however be liable to pay import duty or equivalent at the port of arrival.

Risk & Ownership

Goods are at your risk from time of delivery.
All goods remain the property of Timemark Ltd until payment is received in full.
Until such time you must keep the goods together and entirely separate from your own and protect them from damage and sale to your best ability.

Shipping and Handling

UK orders under £250 attract a fee of £9.99
UK orders of £250 and above will be delivered free of charge
Overseas shipment charges are subject to negotiation

Claims for damages

Claims for damaged goods or shortage of such must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.


Incorrectly dispatched or faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days. On receipt we shall make a refund or send replacement goods subject to the condition of the returned goods. Please be certain to re-pack goods in our outer carton and seal it with strong sealing tape as poorly packed goods are almost always damaged in transit.

Applicable Law

You agree that these Terms of Sale and any dispute arising out of your use of this web site or our products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this web site or any of our services you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Magistrates courts of Cardiff.

Miscellaneous Legal Information

(i) In the event that these Terms of Sale conflicts with any law under which any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of these Terms of Sale will remain valid and intact; (ii) The failure of either party to assert any right under these Terms of Sale shall not be considered a waiver of any that party's right and that right will remain in full force and effect; (iii) You agree that without regard to any statute or contrary law that any claim or cause arising out of this web site or any services provided by Timemark must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause arose or the claim shall be forever barred; (iv) We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms of Sale and we shall be relieved of any further obligation.
